Richard O. Hawley, Jr., is a 1984 graduate of Heritage Hills High School, graduate of DePauw University with Honors, and a 1991 graduate of The Ohio State University School of Law with Honors. He also attended the University Of Chicago Business School (M.B.A. Program) on a fellowship. Rich is a past board member of the Evansville Bar Association and past chair of the Evansville Bench and Bar Committee, and past President of the Downtown Optimist Club. He believes community service is a privilege and a necessity. Rich has served as counsel for a number of political subdivisions--school corporation, town and county. He has conducted continuing legal education presentations in multiple states. Rich has also served in numerous capacities for local charitable and educational organizations.
In over 30 years of practice, Rich first tried complex business cases and spent more than 10 years as an insurance defense litigator. He now devotes his entire practice to getting justice for injured people.

Sacha served in the United States Navy and received her Law Degree from the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law. She was the recipient of the Doran E Perdue Service award in 2015 from the Evansville Bar Association. She was also name a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2010 and 2015. Sacha formerly served as President of the Evansville Bar Association and President of the Law Library Board. She is also a past co-chair of the Evansville Bar Association Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Chair of the Evansville Bar Association Editorial Board. Sacha believes in active service to the community and served on the Board of Directors for Holly’s House, a child advocacy center, for the last 12 years including as President of the Board. She is currently Chair of the Holly’s House Advisory Committee.

Daniel Barfield, is a 1988 graduate of Reitz Memorial High School, 1991 graduate of Purdue University, and a 1995 graduate of Valparaiso University Law School with honors. Dan is licensed in both Indiana and Illinois.
In 30 years of practice, Dan Barfield spent the first 5 years as an insurance defense litigator. He left the dark side and now helps the injured.
Dan is the treasurer of the Men’s Club at St. John’s Church in Newburgh, Indiana and the past President of Brooks’ Inn of Court. Dan Barfield is a former member of the state advisory board of the Arthritis Foundation and was formerly the Volunteer of the Year for the local board of that organization.
Robert John is a graduate of F.J. Reitz High School in Evansville, Indiana (1964), Indiana University, Bloomington (1969), with a B.S. in business from the Kelly School of Business, and Indiana University Law School, Indianapolis (1972). Bob was admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana in 1972. During his more than 40 years of practice, he tirelessly assisted those with legal needs. During the first 12 years of practice, Bob handled divorces, criminal cases, and civil cases.
Since 1985, Bob John exclusively represented people who had been injured.
